Character Recession The word recession has been used frequently the past year describing the economy. All of us in one way or another have seen and very personally felt the impact of this sustained period of financial contraction. It’s interesting looking back despite all the indicators pointing to a recession that some experts, prognosticators, politicians, and general optimists denied the evidence before them. Interesting because men…we do this very same thing everyday. All the indicators in our life point to a recession of our character but we reject the evidence at hand. We struggle alone professionally, personally, and spiritually. We don’t have to! This year in Aspen we are addressing the character recession of our hearts. During our main sessions and small group meetings we will focus on how God wants to remake us in the image of Christ. It is our prayer that this years conference will be a stimulus package for our souls. |

The conference has been designed to allow for free time to further your walk with the Lord. There will be scheduled (optional) hikes with short Bible study and prayer time to reflect and meditate on the conference teachings. This is a great time for fellowship and viewing God's amazing landscape.
Guides are available to help you enjoy God's incredible outdoors with the following activities: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Golfing, Photography. (Equipment is available to rent or bring your own.)
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
Conference registration fee of $75 includes:
· Breakfast - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 
· Catered Dinner on Thursday and Friday
· Snacks and bottled water
· Conference notebook

ROOM RATES/ACCOMODATIONS
The Annabelle Inn is a classic lodge, like no other, right in the heart of Aspen. Every room has a flat panel television with cable, high speed internet access via Ethernet cable and via wireless connection, coffee maker and CD player clock radios. Wireless high speed internet is available throughout the hotel.

TRANSPORTATION
A van will bed leaving Glenview Evangelical Free Church at 6:00 pm Wednesday, October 7. There is no charge for this form of transportation.
Round trip airfare to either Denver or Aspen is very economical this time of year. Please check the airlines for fare information and to book your flight.
